Online price reflects discount. Offer available for select styles only. No substitutions will be allowed. Advertised sale prices cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or coupon. No adjustments on previous purchases will be permitted. Only orders completed within the defined sales period qualify for sales price. Returns & Exchanges

Any order purchased from polarstride.com* can be returned or exchanged within 10 days. If not completely satisfied, simply contact our customer service department for return authorisation.

Shipping Policy

Polar Stride ships to European addresses. Products can be shipped to anywhere that has a physical address and can receive packages via UPS Ground. We do not ship to PO Boxes. There is a 1-2 business day process time for all orders. While we strive to ship an order within 2 working days, we can’t directly control the delivery times beyond our end. As a general rule, assume that your shipment will take 5–7 working days. APO addresses will be shipped via USPS and cannot be rush shipped. Orders will be flat rate of €29.99 in Spain and €49,99 for the rest of Europe. Orders qualifying for FREE or discounted shipping promotions are shipped via ground service. Duties and Taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

Polar Stride is not responsible for delays due to any weather condition. During the holiday season, order processing and shipping times may be delayed due to volume.

Orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. box.
